Fausto Lopez (and many other police officers) are often allowed to drive their Police cars home. Lopez's speeds were calculated by his SunPass records. Who pays the tolls when the police are using their police cars on personal business?

Way too often, and i am sure others can attest, that police officers get away with doing some dangerous things in their squad cars. I have only met a small handful of police officers that don't have a prevalent complex for power of some sort. usually it is the younger ones.
