Non-profits are costing taxpayers a lot of money. This trail should be paid for by all the bicycle non-profit associations and those non-profits who write studies to take tax dollars to present bias conclusions. DOT can't take care of Florida's highways, counties and cities do not take care of the roads and streets but there is millions for bikes.
