If you want to hold public office you have to have the cash or have a bunch of big shots that have the cash. And buy the votes, Then they figure they don't owe you nothing, And they better not dislike you or hold a grudge agenst you or you will fill the wrath . They will pick you up and the judge will put you in and you will stay for awhile until they want you out. And some of these so called police officers are worser than the one that they arrest.They take illigal drugs off of people and give them to their families to sell. They also rase pot and sell it .they also work for a certain orginaztion and let there families sell methadone and ocycotton while they jail others for it if you know the right people you can get by with murder. this is what there money pays for. It's time for the old ways to go out the door people when you vote don't do it for money do it for what you belive in let's get rid of the people that er have in office and put some honest people in for a change let's vote for improvement for our children and our town, let's vote for work and more help for those that can't work. let's vote for ethics that means for those that live by the rules not ones that make there own rules. Judges that are paid for their services with influence and sexual favors are not what we need we need honesty in our county. one person gets a hand slap another gets 10 years this is not right and this is not law. people are presumed innocent until proven guilty, Here sintence is passed before the trial.I would like to see this place cleaned up for the future of our children. They should'nt have to live in a place where thing are influenced by power and money.

Breathitt County law enforcement is mostly inept, and politics are mostly corrupt. What more needs to be said.

I got a DUI for being a smart ass brain haddix knew I was not on drugs he was mad called me a fat ass and told me to get out of the truck and everything as soon as I got out of 3 forks I went straight to Dr. Jess and got a urine test and blood work witch both showed neg Brandon Miller has let this go till blood test came back but during this time I have lost my job my car was repo and I am now homeless and I knoe for a fact brandon's daddy buys his votes a good year someone close to me worked there and told me years ago he would give them $50.00 a vote this County is full of low life scum ..........

I agree that we need some good people in office. I'm not saying all the ones in there right now are bad. I know there are things that should have been done that have not. I know someone who could really help if voted in. He is running for office in May. He is not putting a bunch of money in and he does have a really good chance in winning.
