If Dale can take on the job duties of the interium manager or they can be divided amongst the workers already there, why hire a manager? Seems this would save the County some money and the taxpayer, also. And is the County Manager duties what we elect the commisioners to do? Time to save and not spend. Perhaps the County should look at combining several positions,(especially the clerical) and deleting about half of what they have.
