The nerve of this so called mother(Rose Vitrano) to try to place the blame of this accident on the mother(Julia Hibbert)she murdered. Under the influence of alcohol and drugs, driving with her babies in the car. HOW SICK! People like this do not deserve to live. Those babies should be placed with someone who knows how to care for them, NEVER to see thier mother again. Maybe then Ms. Vitrano will understand SOME of the pain she has caused Julia's son Michael and the rest of the family. Micheal lost his brother Herbert in a tragic car accident 1 1/2 years before this woman took his mother from him.
I hope you rot in the jail cell young lady. YOU DO NOT DESERVE YOUR CHILDREN OR YOUR LIFE!

And to sum it all up, she's on parole for armed robbery, gets a dui the night before in a neighboring town, and is let go when she was in violation of her parole for consuming alcohol, because the police didn't know she was on parole...yeah right! Then drives drunk again the next night, MURDERED our friend Julie Hibbert, SERIOUSLY injured her own 2 children and is sentenced to 3-6 years in prison.......WHAT IS THIS COUNTRY COMING TO??????????

The average sentencing in Bradford County and Pa for a 3 time DUI offender is 3 years. Add that to the the Parole Violation and there is her sentencing.
I for one feel that Bradford County Jutice system let Julie, her son, her family and her friends down. As well as all of the people on Pennsylvania roads! They let her walk, she must of known somebody. I for one will keep track of her parole hearings and write the parole board each & every time to keep her in jail (to totally do her maxm ium) where she belongs as long as possible. She is & will always be a danger to society.
It makes you wondered what the Judge & the D. A. did with the manslaughter/murder (she knew what she was doing; she admitted to that fact.) charge in reality?? This again shows Bradford County, PA jutice at it's finest.
I wonder does the State every evaluate cases for justice???

Bradford County needs to come out of the dark ages. I currently reside in Florida and I can tell you that 3 DUI's here puts you away for a long time. Donald Thomas Stuart, Florida

DUI's are are good source of income for bradford county. The revolving door of impossible parole and probation restrictions leaves a constant steady income of supervision fees, urine test fees, and fees for just about anything they deem appropriate. These fees are not applied by any neighboring counties. Even when monitoring PA residents!! Come on people, its all about greed.
