In response to your question about gas lease prices in Pa- I see that you posted in 2009, we leased before the boom and got only $250./acre....one month later a neighbor got 2,500/acre this was in spring of 2008 as i hear ( rumor only) some are now getting approx range of between 3,500-5,500 per acre depending on how much land you have and what your percentage of royaly interest is...royalties are going up as well from 12.5% in 2008 to 15-20% at this time. Hope this helps and if you have any info on when they are going to start drilling in South creek I would appreciate any info fact or rumor. Thanks and good luck.

We received lease payment in the amount of 5700/acre in early 2011 for 75 acres in bradford county. Neighbors who signed several years ago, got 100 / acre. Hope we get a well.

Hi, I also own property in South Creek and would appreciate info from anyone regarding drilling and leasing in that township. Since I live in another state, I have found it difficult to keep up with the latest gas news. From my research it doesn't look like much is happening there.

Thanks, KS
