You know, the poll results show alot about the narrow minded community that is Bradford County Pennsylvania.

Judge Mott was investigated extensivly...by local, state, and government officials. None of them could find any wrong doing on his part.

Also, Judge Mott has NEVER had a conviction overturned. This man was held responsible for something another did. Yes, she is his wife, but he took a vow to "love, honor, and cherish" her. He is standing beside that vow today.....just like he is standing beside his vow to uphold the Pennsyvania Penil Code.

What's next???? Am I going to be considered a bad driver because my husband has had fines for speeding? Is my grandmother going to be considered forgetful just because my grandfather has alzheimers?

It's just a vicious cycle that is never going to end.

Look into it dude.....the exact amount embezzeled is still unknown......and the Motts are currently paying restitution to the proper authorities.....contact the courthouse to see when the money paid to there will be disbursed to the proper places.....after all, all restitutions paid always have to go through the courthouse first and then dispersed from there.

Okay, until anyone takes notice of all of the underhanded and illegal politics going on in Bradford County, it's not going to change. People need to make a bit more of a stink before any of the 'higher ups' can smell the stench. The fact of the matter is, Brenda Mott was just the tip of the proverbial iceburg. This is the wild west, my friends, they make up the rules as they go along and seek proper punishment only for those that they don't know or don't like. Obviously enough people in local government like the Motts or they'd be sitting in jail with those who have been there a while for unpaid parking fines or for late school excuses for their children. Wake up...this is just the beginning. It took them over 8 years to drive out a known drug dealer from the streets of Canton, but it takes them no time to make a mountain out of a molehill when someone doesn't mow their lawn or their kid rides their illegal 'skateboards' in town. It's time that people get more involved and start bucking the good old boy network that has been a huge part of the sad story of this area for generations! I agree with the proverbial onion theory that Jim Green describes...and the more layers people are willing to peel, the more they'll cry!
