If a man wants to pay for it and a woman wants to sell it, why does anyone care? It's nobody's buisness. But of course, all the busy bodies on here would be against it. If it was leagal and there was a house and all the girls were tested, would that make it better? It's legal in Vegas. Why not everywhere? If it doesn't effect you, keep out of it. If you pay a man to fix your toilet and it makes you happy, what's the difference? He could bring MRSA into your home and you'd never know it. If a man doesn't practice safe sex, that's his fault.
Exactly.

Why is it illegal to sell something that is perfectly legal to give away for free?

But they aren't paying into taxes either....plus they are probably drawing welfare and supporting pill habits to boot. They'd probably rob you blind if given the opportunity.

I agree! It should be somewhat controlled like they should test the prostitutes for STD's but I say legalize it. Who says you cant pay for sex??? When your a girlfriend or wife you get paid for sex too if you really look at it. You get gifts and shit just cuz its not "right after sex" dont mean shit.

Too true. There is no such thing as a free piece of poon. We all pay for it, one way or the other.

Personally I think that they should lock all of them up its right down nasty seeing these women walking up and down the streets selling their self. You know they cant have any respect for theirselves if they are doing that. Fom the looks of the ones Ive seen downtown they are ugly and nasty looking. APD needs to get them all off the streets

Are you saying we should outlaw ugliness, nastiness, or lack of self respect?

I think it should be legal too. Along with a bunch of other stuff. I think the reason it isn't is just for the closed minded justice system to have something to do. It's your body.you should just have to have proof of no std's. The client as well.
It's like drugs, illegal to make money for the city.
Every fine=money for the city.
Every inmate=Federal and State money for the city.
The bigger the bust, the bigger the boost!

I agree. I can let someone harm theirselves legally as long as they aren't harming anyone else. It's freedom of choice. Now you can offer advice. But making it legal just makes more money for the 1% and screws us outta our tax dollars. I'm not for prostitution but fudge...Is it better for a person to go have sex with a billion people for free than for money?

LOL! I just call em like I see em. I am not a prostitute and I dont plan on being 1 BUT I dont judge the occupation because to each their own. You make a living by doing what you are good at and shit if they are good at sex and like it why not get paid for it???!! Its the same thing as dating except your with more people lol.

But nothing is for free. Everyone has sex and gets something out of it whether its a guy that just gets sex out of it or a girl who is dating a guy they have sex and he takes her to dinner, or shopping, or buys her stuff. Maybe they dont say it to your face like thanks for sex but they are thinking it. We are all whores!
