High water was reported on some state highways in Greenup County Thursday. The National Weather Service issued a flood warning for the Ohio River affecting Boyd and Greenup counties in Kentucky along with nearby counties in Ohio and West Virginia at about 1 p.m. on Thursday.

how high did in get outside the floodgates. I saw horse branch and the lower underpass was flooded.
