Indicted Bourbon jailer to run for judge-executive
Bourbon County jailer Tony Horn, who has been absent from his position since he was indicted in September 2008 on charges of tampering with public records related to the death of an inmate, has filed to run for the county's top office this fall.

The current judge ain't got no spine! He just smiles in your face, tells you anything he thinks you wanna here. He is just to comfotable and needs to be voted out...
