This amn is my cousin by marriage. I have wonderful memories of him and of his family. I can't begin to fathom the heartache...

Boy, talk about reviving old news. Yes, I'm quite sure that is the guy that "committed suicide by cop"
Every one in the country was hunting him for scamming and stealing. He was ran out of Florida the year previous for scamming and stealing, he scammed a company in Louisville on a half million dollar piece of equipment and rumor had it then that they were closing in on him. That was SIx Sigma, they have "connections". The forestry commission was about to levy a lien on his property, over worked paid for but never done in the Daniel Boone Forest, but they were tied up in court over that because the farm is in his wifes maiden name.
So, yea, I do believe thats him, why do you ask? Owe you money too?
