Leave the little pot farmers alone, the seeds fall from God and
they just starting growing and they were watching mother natural at work. Have the Deputies and SWAT get a real job. like catching the wets. Oh sorry they are only breaking Federal law not Colorado law.

OH Nooo! 30 pot plants???? I had more in a bedroom in my basement. Local news is such a damn waste of anybodys time. Here's any idea. Why don't you smoke a little weed yourselves, and conjure up some stories that actually matter.

A heavily armed hispanic male?.....Hmmm. Doesn't sound like your average hill-billy grow to me. Remember last year when this stuff went on to the south in the front range? This is just spill-over from what California has been dealing with for years. We are not talking about 30 plants and one guy- we are most likely talking about thousands of plants here in gardens like this all over the mountains in Colorado. When we discover it (as in this case) we act super shocked that it was here. We have invited it and other organized crime elements with our lame laws and attitudes to what is still an ilicit substance in most cases - yet we refuse to see what is actually going on. These are not your next door neighbors or "Bubba", or aging hipsters doing this. Open your eyes people, it NOT "just weed"!It's whats behind the growing of this that is the real killer! Do you think 30 plants would make the news in California?

Oh, and the commissioners want to approve the development of a marijuana growing farm on Yellowstone Road in Longmont. This story as well as the story about the home robbery where marijuana was grown should be a HUGE wake up call to our Boulder County commissioners! Are they ready to up security and law enforcement to ensure the safety of boulder county residents in our new age of "anything goes unregulated legal marijuana" in Boulder County. Our commissioners better do the right think on Yellowstone Road. NO POT FARM!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely! Much more efficient to have the illegals just bring it with them.

What a waste of time and money. FYI to Nor-Cal and CO growers, No one buys outdoor anymore because it sucks compared to everyone's home grown.

My family lives close to there, and that is why I think catching the guy is important. He is armed and needs to be caught BEFORE anything happens

LOL GUYS Approximately 30 plants were discovered by policemen. Way to go police guys. Did you also find a field of lilies to go confiscate? Maybe throw in that you may or may not have seen two heavily armed gunmen? You should have also added that you saw Predator creeping through the field all camo'd out and lied about seeing a Yeti give him a high five because that is how BS the gunmen part sounds.
