Can you use bilingual elementary teaching/school admin. cert. program material?

I no longer teach bilingual k/1 and as of yet have not put my administrative certification to use. Still teaching, but at the secondary level in world languages.*However*, I do know that bilingual resources can be hard to come by; already donated a lot last year to a teacher that ended up retiring (!!) and would like to see what I've got left go to good use rather than sitting on my bookshelf at home. As far as the administrative materials, they cover all sort of topics for school principals-in-training (Texas). Tried Craigslist, but no-one out there responded. My apologies if this is not an appropriate forum! I welcome any thoughtful advice you may have. Many thanks!
