I have heard rumors about an officer taking advantage of the patrons of Chubby Rain. DUIs handed out on a normal basis, same night of week, same time. I know somebody that fell victim to this situation and is now seeking any information about this as possible. Since then the said officer has been relieved of all duties and is currently working out of state.
