A 20-year-old Minneapolis man is in jail today, accused of raping a 23-year-old woman he had met that evening in downtown Mankato, police said this afternoon.

I disagree. He should be punished. I don't care if you are drunk or not... no one deserves to be raped. Also, that is no excuse for his behavior. Come on, when someone is drunk and is raping someone and the girl is screaming "no!" and what not, don't you dare tell me he should get off easy cause he was intoxicated. He needs to take responsibility for what he did drunk or sober.

No excuses. period.
