You have got to be kidding. I thought this might be coming since we were only hearing about Josh -HIS FRIEND he met in juvenile hall. However I am glad that the investigation is on going so this B------ may also see adult court. Please he helped his buddy cover up a crime of killing his family!!! He didn't go running down the street screaming help no he got a car for Josh. Donald is as guilty if not more so!!!

I am shocked and completely disgusted, I can not believe that this can happen in 2008. Donald is as guilty as Josh for the murders of his sister and Mother. He could have prevented all of this and apparently did not care. I am outraged and sickened by the courts decision to try Donald in Juvenile Court. No wonder we have so many deranged individuals walking the streets of this great country. I can only pray that this monster is committed or locked up for the rest of his life. Who knows what he may do next given another chance. How can this happen when the boy is caught with blood all over him and trying to assist in the get away. You can not tell me that he didn't have anything to do with this horrible injustice.

Wanna know what poeple. Donald isn't the one who did it. I was a very close friend with Elizabeth. && Donald's mom never took care of him or anything. He never got fed. He tried commiting suicide. He never got the attention a teen should get. I've been to there house numerous time's. if you guy's even knew the slightest bit of what happened. you wouldn't be saying that ok? Another thing Josh is the guilty one. If you guy's even payed attention it say's Donald TRIED calling 911 but he was afraid of what might happen, so if he didn't care, how come he tried getting help? Yeah why don't you guy's just sit there and think about that ok? And don'tsay anything else until you've met the murderer.

Kittie,
Plenty of people come from less than caring homes, however most of them do not commit murder or help their friends commit murder.
Home environment can and will change a person's development, but there are other factors as well. Somewhere along the line something went horribly wrong here, blaming victims never helped anyone, not even your "friend".
Society as a whole needs to come together in an attempt to find solutions to these types of problems, and yes, these solutions will have to start in the home.
My heart goes out to everyone affected by this tragedy.

I lived with this family many years ago, between Laurie's (Ellen) treatment of her than boyfriend Steven, and the way the kids were treated, her animals were treated far better.... her house was filthy, I tried to clean the house up, not put the kids as lower class just for being kids... both her younger 2 cried when I left after a couple months, and I feel quilty as heck for leaving, without taking some kind of action... I wish I had called in child services, I wish I stayed on, though I busted my butt trying to pull that pig sty together... I have to find a way to forgive me...I was too fragle back than.... and will know all my life, I did not do right by those kids!

Daily Horoscope for December 3

Leo

Life seems a little bleak today, but it's important to remain as positive as you can. This is simply one of those days when everything gets on top of you, making you feel weary. If you do have something specific and urgent to worry about, it's far better to take some constructive action, even if it needs a lot of courage, than to brood and fret.
