in Arkansas boats are not titled. Bill of Sale canceled check?

But they do have a registration form from the revenue dept , correct ?

Shouldn't the bank have been registered as lien holder on it ?

If there's no title technically there's no owner and I'd of told the bank to go fly as possession is supposed to 9/10s !

I was wondering if the wife was arrested, I really doubt it because surely two people couldnt do something this stupid and think they would get away with it.
