Why did it take 9 months to do a state drug test on Krug.....and why did they not do a drug test on the passenger Janice Smith when a large purse was found with two bottles of drugs that were just filled and empty? Isn't there a law against giving pharma narcotic drugs to someone else?
When will the state of AR do something that will stop the use of selling pharma drugs when it kills a mother of 3? Maybe this case should go to the Supreme Court and AR will have to answer as to why these cases are let go.
Krug has 3 to 10 to serve and with an attorney will probably get 3 and what happens to the children and the "big purse" that had the drugs?

Homicide is homicide, whehter intended or not it should be regarded as taking the life of a person reguardless who the person is. This case makes me upset because a 35 year old mother of three was killed because a drug addict carelessly handed her drugs out to the driver of the car without reguards for her life as well as the life of anyone else in the car. I think that Janice Smith should be charged the same as Gregory Krug because the drugs were in fact in her name. If this were an officer that had been killed instead of a mother of three, Kincade would have put Krug in jail immediatly following the preliminary drug test the hospital took. This case should go to trail and given the full attention as if it were a "a person of significants". In my opinion i think that the prosucutor needs to step up to the plate and do justice for the three children now without a mother. the way I see is that there are two people to be held reaposible for Brandy Horns untimely death. Do justice for the children and "Prosecute" these low-lifes.
