well he got himself reelected in a contentious election so the citizens of bartow must be pleased. May he do well in the future and improve on the things he may have done wrong

Glad he is upholding our constitution, but sadden that one of his regrets was not the little girl who was molested by a 12 year old and his "deputy " blamed the 5 year old victim . When it was brought to his attention, nothing came out of it, he wouldn't even release the interview to the prosecuting d.a. Holding your deputies actions accountable is what makes the difference between a sheriff and a good sheriff.

sheriff’s office maintained defective customs and policies under which said Defendant officers were led to believe that they were permitted to enter a home in search of a suspect or evidence without a warrant and without regard for the requirements of the Fourth Amendment.

Said defective customs and policies were the moving force behind the violation
of Holli Gooch’s Fourth Amendment rights by officers who believed that they were empowered by Sheriff Millsap to enter her home without a warrant irrespective of the requirements of the Fourth Amendment, because they knew that they would not be disciplined if they entered the home without a warrant.
