How can you say you wouldn't get scared and do the same thing? I think she should have stopped, but that would not have saved the little child. She didn't run over the little girl on purpose. With a little 2 year old you can not trust them for a minute, they are so fast. You can see them 1 minute and turn your head for a minute and they are gone.I know from my son when he was 2. I had to watch him every minute or he was gone. I would say the little girl wanted to go with her daddy & she took off not realizing the danger. BY THE WAY I DO NOT KNOW THE WOMAN THAT WAS DRIVING THE VAN. I FEEL VERY SORRY FOR THE LITTLE GIRLs FAMILY

Your judgement really tells me what type of person you are...snort another Lorcet or line or smoke another rock and STFU

well well wrote: grow up....do you live each day being so ignorant?...why don't YOU hang her and run over her (twice)? This person (if she can be considered human at all) ran over a child with a 2 ton machine. SHE decided that it wasn't really important enough to stop and check it out. This person decided the more important thing was to get HER ass and HER STONED FRIENDS ASSES out of Dodge so none of them would have to "SUFFER" another jail stint. This bitch created her own destiny when she got behind the wheel of a two ton machine, decided driving while hopped up on God knows what drugs and alcohol was worth the chance of whatever may happen and when it came down to the nitty-gritty SHE decided that her friends and her own ass were worth saving but the child she struck wasn't worth HER time to even stop and help if she could. Fry HER, fry HER FRIENDS that were with HER and let her "SUFFER" her destiny decision in a tiny, nasty, bug infested jail cell with Big Bertha who has an attitude because she is in jail and can't be with her kids. I hope Big Bertha (two tons of fun) sits on this Lori person and reminds her of how it feels to have two tons on your body and maybe then SHE will understand why it was so important for her to stop and try to aid the child she accidently killed but took it a step futhur and made it a crime just for the shit and giggles of a fun night out with her crack friends. SHE deserves EVERYTHING she gets and then some. Let's not disappoint HER.

Here we go again.... Do some of you even know what an indictment is? It means that there was a hearing to determine if the person in custody should be stand trial for the charges leveled against her, or if the charges should be dropped. It does not have anything to do with a person's innocence or guilt- merely that there was enough suspicion to warrant that the person should stand trial. Likely, the only evidence that was presented to the grand jury was the testimony of the two drug addicts who were paid to talk. And the cahrge was leaving the scene of an accidnt- not killing a baby, because when a baby runs out in front of you, there is usually nothing you can do and the only person who could have prevented the accident was the person who was caring for the baby.

I'm not stupid enough to drive off...and yeah I would say the same because this bitch is useless to society anyways!

bottom line
|
The lady should have stopped. Regardless if she was scared or whatever. The reason she did not stop is because she was using drugs and alcohol. Still if she was drinking or whatever and had a heart she should have still stopped, regardless of the consequences. If it were one of my family members or friends then I would be saying the same thing. What kind of person hits anybody, especially a child and does not stop.

I would hope and pray that someone related to me would of had enough integrity to stop and check on the baby.... if not they would deserve anything that happens to them..... pirate wrote: So,all of you that want to hang, fry, run over or do other bad things to the woman.Would you say the same if she was your child or sister,or YOURSELF?Things happen and let God decide for all of us have made mistakes and let us all be honest and fair.

every time I DRIVE DOWN THE ROAD at the time where its almost dark-I HOPE and PRAY no bodys kid walks out in front of me.I can't stop my car on a dime-can you?? I KNOW JUST ME DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD DOING the speed limit if someone would run out in front of me-they would be dead meat. I COULD NOT HELP IT-COULD YOU?? whether I STOP OR NOT-AND I pray I WOULD HAVE THE COURAGE-it wouldn't make any difference to the person I hit. IT really scares me.to know that people might let their child get in the road at any time--not only would it take their life but it would also RUIN mine

yep sure do..... do you know what a dumbass is? I agree the crime here isnt her killing a child but her crime IS failing to render aid and leaving the scene of the accident.... the fact that she felt protecting her buzz and her buddies buzz's was the most important thing in this situation is sad..... I dont know about you, but I'll feel alot better for my grandchildren knowing that a meth head piece of trash is off the streets...... if you cant agree with that refer to question at the start of this post.....
