Ky. jailer files suit over stopped wages

A southern Kentucky jailer who agreed to resign next year as part of an Alford plea to sex abuse charges has filed a lawsuit claiming the county has already stopped paying his salary.

thing and just go away, we paid him enought before
this lawsuit was started, he shouldn't have put
his nasty hands on those womens breast and he
wouldn't be in this predictament.God sake

in this person, I wouldn't vote him in as dog catcher. I have more respect for animals than
that. he might want to do more than cop a feel.
God gave them women those breast, he didn't give Leland the right to touch them. That's a fact.

I am sure that leland wouldn't have touched these womens breast if they didn't want him to.I am sure that they looked to the future for good reasons and led him on,even the best of us prob. would have done the same.I am sure that after allowing him to do the touching,that they knew they had him by "the balls" so to speak,and when they didn't get their way and do what they wanted to do they turned on him,it is like a book if you read it and just give it some thought i think you can see whats going on. I am not a friend of lelands nor really fond of him, but just read between the lines on what is going on,and consider the employees envolved.

I am sure that your previous "votes" for whoever for whatever office that was availible when you last voted,you are not happy with the outcome,and performance of the elected individuals,prob.some of them wouldn't make a good dog catcher either,and wouldn't have your respect after you elected them,there is more to lelands case than what you prob.no.but I am all for him because I think he is a scapegoat for the local clic.

No woman wants a dirty old man to touch her breasts. What a stupid comment Shortstroke made. Sounds like Shortstroke may be a dirty old man if he thinks a woman wants to be touched by her boss. Stupid, stupid, stupid. And spoken like a true man because where is Leland's responsible not to conduct himself, as their boss, in that manner. The women didn't take his hand and place it on their breast. It was his action and for that he should be fired and not receive a dime.

you would be surprised that a lot of women would welcome anyones hands on their body in any way,i would put these females in that class,i would not let any one touch me if i didn't want them to regardless if they were my boss or not,and they should not have either,it was a choice made by them,they knew what they were doing make no mistake about it,then when things didn't go to suit them they complained,leland done the wrong thing,he fell for the temptation and it cost him,thats all, he is human i think,i think if i wanted to fill some womens breast i would have chosen someone besides whom he did,{yuck}{still, good luck leland}

I Agree,its all how you carry yourself,the way you are percieved,I worked for years with all men(ages 19-60)No im far from ugly,did they try to hit on me,sure did,did i react,sure did,I let them know real quick,i had a
man and i was there to work,was any of them my boss,sure was,was i afraid i was gonna lose my job,(i was a single parent,i had a boyfriend but he didnt financially support me,he had his on bills)Didnt make no difference,i had rather work at picking up rocks than to lower myself to such disgrace,if you cant physically or Mentally protect yourself,than you should not hold a postion to protect other people.that is just my opinion,i know some people are really not going to like this response ,but do i care,SURE DONT!
