Foley man receives life sentence in hammer death
A Foley man was sentenced to life in prison today after pleading guilty in a Baldwin County court to the 2008 bludgeoning death of a Foley woman.

Why would we keep this POS alive ? Why should tax payers have to support some one that gets a life sentence,and no possibility of parole ? Any one that deserves this time of sentence should receive the "DEATH PENALITY".

What kind of crime, if this is not a good example, does it take for a Judge to sentence a criminal to death? There are too many life sentences handed-out and not enough death sentences. Why do the taxpayers have to foot the bill for more and more jails just because Judges refuse to sentence these hainous criminals to death?
