Start on the Staunton Bypass! It's 55 but you have 40! Then there is no passing on straight stretches and passing allowed in worse spots!

Law Enforcement needs to take control of the Staunton Bypass. These people driving 10 plus miles under the 55 MPH speed limit are creating dangerous situations.

Why do cars drive 10 MPH below speed limit on 2 lane roads and then want to race when the road changes to 4 lanes?
