Circuit voters return incumbents

The two incumbents will continue to preside over the four-county 23rd Circuit Court, despite a strong write-in challenge from Tawas City attorney Chris Martin.

I am soooo happy Arenac County is getting sued. It is a good thing the State of Michigan is uping everyones property taxes (4.4% to be exact)cuz they will need it to pay for these lawsuits.

Who did they serve when they served the Town Crier? This is according to Arenac Independent's website. I want to donate $$$$$$$ to the Crier's legal fund.

How can Gail Seder sue the county when she is the commissioner's confidential secretary?

Will she go in close session when they go in to discuss this lawsuit?
