I agree that improving public schools is a top priority.
We spend far too much of our limited budget on School Admin costs at the school district level. We need to make school systems "county wide" and eliminate the local school districts.
Pay teachers for performance, reduce increases based solely on experience.
Increase emphasis and oportunities in advanced math and science learning for high potential students - they are our most important long term investment.
