Stiffer penalties ahead for fatal hit-and-runs in Pennsylvania

Drivers soon will face up to 10 years in prison for a fatal hit-and-run accident, but those stiffer penalties will come weeks too late to be enforced in a recent Pittsburgh biking fatality.

Repeal the DUI sanctions and people will stop again! The DUI crap is worse than the hit and run penalties. The way it is now, if you've had a drink that day, you're going to be found guilty, no matter what. Might as well "run".
