The government agencies did follow the law and the Court will make that determination. This isn't about "Open Government" it is about obstructing the Ragged Mountain Dam project.
These people content that Charlottesville is selling the reservoir when in fact they are leasing it just like they did about 40 years ago. Something they have a perfect right to do.
I love it when amateurs go to court. So entertaining...

I'm so glad this is going to court. The fraud perpetrated here by RWSA is disgusting. More citizens should become aware of the graft and corruption that has taken place since the birth of this ridiculous idea. And they haven't yet to dredge one shovelful of silt from the reservoir. Just awful. Gee, its so dry outside.

RWSA is doing what elected officials asked them to do. If you had any actionable wrongdoing you would go to the authorities in a heartbeat. Stop shooting off your mouth and smearing good people doing their job for the rest of us.

Developers and taxpayers need to start counter-suing these people for wasting tax payer funds defending approved projects. Twenty some-odd years later and we are still waiting for Cville to finish their part of the parkway. Judges need to just throw this stuff out and let the work get done.

As noted on www.cvillealliance.com , the Alliance is "supporting a suit (see complaint and injunction attached below) against the City of Charlottesville, Albemarle County Service Authority, Albemarle County, and the Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority because they are evading the law for the benefit of special interests at the expense of citizen welfare."

The suit was filed by Stanton Braverman, a retired attorney who lives and owns property in Charlotteville.

You don't like Huja in this case because he didn't vote your party line. Like I said, if you had anything actionable you would go to the authorities in a heartbeat. Instead you just shoot off your mouth and smear people. Shows a weakness of character that is soooo unattractive.

Huja and the rest vote the way their paid to like most all other politicians, the idea that he and others are some kind of liberals is a facade. Too bad you can't see through the trees to see the forest, they've got you right where they want you. A witless sucker.

Huja's vote for the 50 year water plan and the new Ragged Mountain Dam was intelligent and benefits the residents. Would you rather more "mello yellow" every time we get a dry spell? Talk about witless... Your post has more to do with soar grapes than the merits of the plan. Too bad you had to smear someone in the process... soooo unattractive and cowardly.

Oh please, here we go again with the mellow yellow, can't we be more creative? Your thinking is so narrow minded I'd bet your heroes are Shawn and Billo.

The reason you don't like "Mello Yellow" is because it is creative... all you can do is smear people. Talk about narrow minded.
Your soar grapes must be hard to swallow.
