Go for the money, let criminal court wait. A civil suit is the way to go. If you are going to be molested at least turn it into a retirement for life.

Remember this, living well is the best revenge.

They should modify this Bill until it is changed so that the guilty doctor's medical license forever.

There is no reason to allow such a scumbag to ever practice again.

Two sides to every story.

Too bad the media doesn't bother to fact check or report the whole story. They always go for only one side of the story. Good Bill but not sure its named after the right person.

Why would a man want to be a gynecologist? Why would anybody want to specialize in proctology?

A strict violation of the Hipocratic Oath each physician takes. Five year suspension of their license is not enough!

This bill could be named after me too. Sexual assault by a doctor in Philadelphia followed by harassment, intimidation, threats for 7 years until such time as he felt the satute of limitations ran out. Calls to local, county law enforcement fell on deaf ears. Then I went to the FBI who told me that HE REPORTED ME to them (for God knows what). Again, no help. But he's a doctor, he's something; I'm nothing.
