Well Tort since you don't have any answer to my question of your long list of civic organizations favoring the "dredge only" plan I guess we will have to conclude you have no evidence of any support for it except the handful of people bringing this lawsuit.
Another indicator of support would be a vast flow of money from your supporters so these, now scared, handful of people will not have to pay for it out of their own pockets. What's the average cost of a lawsuit these days $60,000-$70,000? Can't wait for their first invoice from their attorney. Then maybe "reality" really will "bite".
BTW, Tort how much did you donate $5,000,$10,000 or more? Hope it was a big check because they are going to need it.
BTW, "bites" nice try on the Sierra Club deflection. C'mon level with us, you belong to the Club and the handful of people suing don't you?
Seriously, neither one of you have yet to give one good credible reason that "dredge only" will gain support or this lawsuit will prevail. Bottom line is the dam will be built and the residents will win... no more "mellow-yellow".

More of the same crap from the same losers. In other news, Lindsey Lambert is freaking smokin' hot. If NBC29 wants to up their ratings, they need more of her kind on air and less makeup shotgun drunks like Sharon Gregory who can't even read a teleprompter.
You are a shallow person Gregory is a solid newscaster.
