sometimes police officers must do their jobs. if that were me i would have shot too especially if they were grabbing for my service gun. this neighborhood has had its problems even i have phoned about fights in the area. people need to take thier violence out of hayward and to a deserted area like the wild west days

Sounds like good police work. The 'victims' sound like typical Hayward trash.

Don't be messin around in Hayward! H-town cops will be watchin you....and with good reason, go back to Union City or San Leandro where ya'll came from.

Sometimes things are not clear on what REALLY happens n why teens act the way they do... Maybe before going harrasimg teens and shooting anything towards them the city should provide more resources for them like programs and work more with the community.. That's what taxes are for all police is Making them more violent and have no trust in them..

So if some punk was trying to grab this cop's gun he was just supposed to blow him a kiss huh? Nice to see you are taking the element of individual responsibility out of the picture too! There are plenty of "programs" available for teens! You might start with school, a place so many of them choose to drop out of! Lots of after-school & summer activities too! In addition there are diversions previous generations of teens couldn't even dream of such as computers, smart phones, a dominant youth culture consisting of movies, music and games, etc.etc.etc.
Of course you live in lily white Dublin, a place you probably moved to to avoid the increasing violence of urban areas like Oakland and Hayward and it's easy to get on your white wine liberal, politically correct high horse and start blaming the victims of these violent thugs! The poor little darlings…we're just not doing enough for them…we can't hurt their self esteem…oh boo hoo! Shove that nonsense up your arse!

One more thing…getting back to the taboo subject of individual responsibility...a primary contributing factor in all this uncivil and criminal behavior is all these illiterate semi-literate young women and soon to be, missing in action young men, many addicted to drugs and alcohol, indiscriminately breeding like rabbits and producing basta*d babies they are in no position to raise, even with the substantial public assistance they receive. Most of them are totally unqualified to be responsible parents. If I hear that term "my baby's daddy" or "my baby's mama" one more time I think I'm going to scream! You know what I'm saying homie?

Hey numb nuts, tax dollars are not meant to replace good parenting. Where were their parents and why didn't they have their POS kids under control?
