He was taken away too soon. The crys and pleads from his mother and father and little brother jorgie are very heart breaking. Us as human beings want to help them and just breaks your heart that you have no power what so ever to make this difficult time easier for them. Only through prayers may god hear us to heal their broken hearts and emptiness.

I will cherish every memory i have of him, as a child he was always ruining everything for me as a brother would do to a sister, that's what i consider him. We spent a great deal of time together growing up. The news of his passing shocked me as well as penetrated my heart deeply i will miss him dearly, and hope my Aunt and Uncle can cope... as for him i just hope he can find peace where ever he is. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. And loved my me and the rest of our family...

I did not know Oscar but I did see the accident happen and was on the phone with 911 talking to a dispatcher even before i pulled my car over. My heart goes out to all Oscars friends and family. My prayers are with all of you that knew him. Wish I could of done more for him. Sorry for your loss.

There were 2 other young guys in the car with him. Oscar was not driving he was in the backseat and they said he wasn't wearing his seatbelt but the 2 other guys had theirs on. It was on a freeway that split from 205 to 580 eastbound. I was on the split going on 580 when they crossed over two lanes on 205 and then crossed over two lanes on 580 and hit a telephone pole and flipped. The 2 front seat guys got out of the car and Oscar was in the backseat. He was breathing but was not awake. He did wake up and was trying to move and then the paramedics came and got him out of the car. I was talking to an officer and then i looked over and saw them doing CPR on him. So i dont know what happened at that point. I left as the helicopter was about to land. Im sorry i dont have to much info but hopefully this helps. I was crushed when i heard that he had passed away on the news that night. I just really wish there was more i could have done. If you are able to get ahold of his family please tell them I'm so sorry for their loss.
