Drugs and alcohol not a factor in fatal cement truck, big-rig crash
Drugs and alcohol do not appear to have been a factor in a fatal crash that killed a cement truck driver Friday morning, according to Fremont police.

The company that owns the trailer hauling the Genie lift should be held accountable in this horrific accident, this did not need to happen if the unit had been chained down correctly! They should not get away from the ownership of this! They should pay the man's family MILLIONS!!!
