Police identify barricade suspect in East Oakland standoff

the woman was not a hostage, she was the instigator. None of them pay rent at High Street - the woman is a squatter who calls herself Samantha Davis. My mother owns the property. Samantha Davis has stolen cash, credit cards, and my mother's identity. She said she would leave the 1st of June (she's been squatting since last November), my brother was there to make sure she didn't steal more as she left. The gun came from inside the house. The shooting started at High St., then car chase, THEN back to High St. where Samantha let her lover back in. At no point was she a hostage - she's a perpetrator. The police have taken no action against her on my mother's behalf.
