Another tragic example of how our justice system sucks. This loser is already a convicted murderer and was paroled January of 2008. Now two more people lose their life at the hands of this piece of sh*t! Think about it....four previous armed robbery convictions and one murder conviction was not enough to keep him in prison. What then does it take?

Prosecute this guy. Auto-appeal conviction. 181 days to finalize appeal. Immediate execution by public hanging/firing squad upon failure of appeal.

Holy crap, has anyone looked at his arrest record?

1975 - Robbery with a dangerous weapon, Haywood County, max 20 years.
1975 - Robbery with a dangerous weapon, Buncombe County, max 20 years.
1980 - Armed robbery, Davie County, max 25 years.
1981 - Armed robbery, McDowell County, max 25 years.
1994 - Second degree murder, Haywood County, max 35 years.

The only time this guy ISN'T committing a crime is if he's in prison. If he was given the maximum, and forced to serve those sentences consecutively, he'd still be in prison and 3 people would still be alive. I don't care if he was 16 when he committed those robberies.

Judges,
We DO NOT WANT those types of people on the street, in our neighborhoods, any where around us. Warehouse them.

Or better yet, get rid of them....just like an old car. The world would be a much better place without these losers and we know at least two people would be alive right now.

The sad part is that the two that were killed were trying to help Dennis start his life over and you see where it got them.

There should be long hard psyc evaluations before murders are let out of prison. I do think some can be rehabilitated but not all. There should be a way to judge the parolees mind to make sure they are fit for society. Obviously this guy wasn't.

It is a tragic thing. Charles had a heart of gold and would help anyone he could.

this is not graham...it is 10 miles away from graham where this happened. It is in Saxapahaw. Saxapahaw is NOT an incorporated town so they call the area graham for some stupid reason. People here have to have a Graham address if they want to get their mail delivered at home.unless they get a saxapahaw PO Box. So stupid.
Anyway - so glad this guy was caught...his face looks familiar - seen him in the area..his criminal record! unbelievable !! Disgusting...hope he gets the MAX...!!

Damn Linda Rone, when you get some money you need to invest in a spell check function on your computer. You have got to be doing that on purpose because I feel very sorry for you if grammer is that bad.
