Man charged with growing marijuana

A Mebane man was charged with growing marijuana after the Air National Guard spotted marijuana plants growing in the woods off of Mebane Oaks Road Wednesday.

People should judge any situation, until you've walked in the person's shoes. Burlington is a town who spend Sunday's in church and critize and judge people they have no business judging. These are also the same people who come in resturaunts and run the waiter to death and leave the waiter $2.00. Waiters make $2.14 per hour. 8 plants is not a lot, considering all the crack and heroin on the streets. the police waste to much of the taxpayers money on marijuna, and putting these people in jail and through their courts. but unfortunately the justice system is a piece of crap. the people that are the worst offenders continue to walk the streets and commit more crimes. believe me the people that deserve to be in jail are the ones still running the streets abusing animals, women, and anyone they can push around.
