Wellspan will use this equipment to profit from York Countians. Seems wrong to me. Can you say "Harrisburg Incinerator"?

You meant to say "Know it all", not "No it all", you illiterate numbskull!

As for York County paying for Adams county??? You obviouslybread the article, but you FAILED to comprehend the words!! York county isn't funding anything, they just cosigned the loan that Wellspan will be paying, to ensure the lower percentage rate!

I am constantly amazed of how stupid these people in this county are when I read these comments!

"You meant to say "Know it all".

Dude, my handle is tounge and cheek.
Yes, it is just a co-sign; just like the Harrisburg incinerator; 280 million soon to be called and the Dauphin Count authority has put the burden on the residents.
Co-signing loans during a depression; not a good idea.

Here we go again...

We are in a recession, not a "depression!"

Trust me, the difference between the two is HUGE!

As for comparing a municipal adminterested incinerator in another county to a corporately managed health care provider, you couldn't be more off base and off topic!

That's wonderful. We can now pay to help Wellspan finance their equipment so they can overcharge us when we go to them for tests. Last time I had an MRI I was in the office for a total of 20 minutes and the charge was over $5,000.
