It's a wonder the court system would ever have a deficit with all the various fees, fines, and other monies that are collected from the cases they see.

So Judge Kuhn says they will not lose any judges, surprise, and they will be more efficient. Where the hell was this efficiency prior to the economic crisis. Just an example of government fat and waste.
