Nice to see some of the residents are involved in town matters. Instead of the usual complaining with JUST a posting. Bet those at the meeting had NEVER posted on Topix.

I just read the article, and it is confusing to me. The title “Gettysburg dinner theater on tap?” and several times through the article it refers to the theater. Yet he is requesting a zoning change to residential/office. Just what is he looking for, the Bed and Breakfast that is mentioned, the theater or the museum also mentioned?
Mr. Shultz is requesting a variance, for a theater that would seat 75 people, and I am sure the expected attendance at any museum would be greater than for a residence or office. As mentioned parking is already a problem in that area, and to have an additional 75 people trying to park would cause problems.
