Anybody notice that all of Biggin's letters and other propaganda discuss his "temperament"??? That is no coincidence, since his major flaw is a terrible temperament. He is a wild card, flying off and acting like Rambo. I think we need someone wise and mild mannered. I will withhold my endorsement, as I want everyone to make an informed decision. Know who you are voting for people!

Do you know the guy personally or have you witnessed this terrible temperment?

Please dont take this comment personally. I just believe that no police officer should be allowed to run for this office because the individual has to be impartial when administering a verdict. How can a police officer be impartial toward his fellow police officers when they bring someone before them for a verdict. They will side for the police every time. Not everyone is guilty just because a police officer says so. The only candidate who in my opinion is neutral is the current incumbent district judge who can render a unbiased verdict. Receiving the state police endorsement just reaffirms what im saying.

We currently have 4 Dist Judges..2 are lawyers..2 are former police officers. In my profession I have witnessed all 4 in the court. They are all fair, knowledgeable, and experienced. Point being..you don't need to be a lawyer to do the job and having been a police officer doesn't mean you won't be impartial.

As a neighbor of Tim Biggins I've never seen a bad side of him. Do i sense animosity from a former victim?
yeah well

Former victim? I have never met the man but heard many stories and know everytime something slightly out of wack goes down he is involved! You say victim, not someone doing something illegal? What do you know saying people who come in contact with him are victims? Oh by the way since you know him ask him what he was doing flying into the cemetery that night. Did he have a call from a hot female?

Did you see him in the cemetery or r u going by hear say? Victim defined as one who has been duped or in other words charged erroneously (according to you not the law). Officer Biggins has a beautiful family why would he want to sacrifice that? I sense you might might have some personal ill will feelings against this candidate.
