A Hagerstown, Md. man riding a bicycle in Adams County was struck by a vehicle and later pronounced dead at York Hospital, according to the York County Coroner's Office.

It's ashame someone died... Drivers must allow 4 ft to pass a bicycle. People on bicycles however can ride tight against cars at red lights and just go through them!
