The dual party cross file is to eliminate a "party boss" affiliation. This way no one candidiate has to have any loyalty to any party. The incumbants have no dual affilations other than this.

Doug Fishel is a loyal citizen, he wrote the editorial and never mentioned that he is running for Magistrate in John Zepps office area. He cares about the system above "blowing his own horn" Good for Doug Fishel he will get my familys vote!
