They can't open till they get security, they think Norwalk was a good investment, they are already showing no business sense would you buy off of them?last store had a loss prevention department that had more employees than the store itself.

Norwalk is actually a great market for appliances & electronics. I do deliveries & installs of appliances, fitness equipment, & other electronics. The Norwalk area is the busiest by far when compared to the rest of the state. PC Richards made a great move. They will do well because their customer service is second to none. National Chains don't even come close, & won't know what hit them. Best Buy & the like are HORRIBLE! With Bernies gone PC will be the only retailer in the state that shoppers can actually count on.

Loss prevention shouldn't be as big of an issue due to the fact that they actually pay their workers decent wages and keep them for years as compared to national companies who hire anybody for minimum wage & turn over employees every 3 months. I still see the concern though.

I visited PC Richards for the first time this week. I was impressed with the sales staff. The person who helped me was not entirely familiar with the cash register process, but he had been well trained in customer interaction. He was dressed well, extremely polite, asked for help from senior employees when he had a problem, and referred to the other employees as Mr.....

The electronics business is all about promotion and service. I went there because they advertised a product i needed at a very good sale price. If you plan your purchases well, you should be able to buy anything in electronics when it is on sale, at a very competitive price.

Word of mouth is a very important thing in this business.
