Report: Beatles Eye Rock Band, Guitar Hero

Every few months, rumors swirl about Beatles music finally going on sale in online music stores.

Guitar Hero will most likely get the Beatles music

Though I was opposed to the use of Beatle's songs being used in commercials, I must admit that it has exposed their music to another generation.
Thanks to those commercials, "All you need is love", "Anytime at all" and Hello Goodbye" have gained exposure.
Guitar hero will take it to a much higher level, since it is a very popular game , the Beatles music will be be exposed to much broader audience.
The main thing is that they are not allowed to use the actual recordings.
Though Sony owns about 75 % of the publishing rights and Jackson the other 25%, the recordings belong to Apple records, which is owned by the Beatles.

awc I agree I like some of those Hello Goodbye jingles for the Target commercials their catchy.

Yes my friend, kids are getting them in their heads too.
My son now calls Hello Goodbye, the Target song, Whenever I hear anything from the group Whitesnake, I always think topless bar, lol.
