I owned a cafe in NYC prior to 911 and never had a rodent problem until the health dept. made me get rid of my cat. With the rodent problems in NYC I think most people would rather have a cat in there favorite resturant. NYC should allow resturants to buy cats from a school that can train them so they would not jump up on the counters or people. This would also help with the problem of the stray cats in the city.
