I work at a busy store, use to be a KFC, but the big wigs wanted more money, so an A&W was slapped on. They kept the store open during the construction, so all this saw dust around food, construction workers constantly in the way as I try to rush around the kitchen. I saw a wood wall during the construction that had mold all over it. That building is so old that they should have just knocked it down and rebuilt it, but that would cost too much money, at the expense of health hazards.
So, 2 stores in one, twice the work, twice the menu items, same pay and same number of people working, in order to keep the all mighty "LABOR" down... What the hell... Everyone I work with is complaining about the same thing, not just in my store, but in many duel or tri stores.
Even some of the managers are keeping their eyes open for new jobs. YUM! Brands, you guys are greedy Fortune 500 members. Give your workers a break for pete's sake.
