They should have just kicked Cloumbia gas and the crooks at York Water off the road and just pave it. If there was a problem tuff. Let me run the PUC I would put the utility companies in their places. The dummies that paved the roads and didn't complete the job wouldn't get paid. I just can't believe they would pave the road and use a giant cookie cutter like device to cut around the man hole covers. They should have just did the job right. Bunch of jerks including the dummy director of public works Mr Gross. What a waste at over $75,000 a year.

every 2 blocks there is road work the city is a joke to drive thru and the mayor is a bigger joke
