Retired Scents

I think you should take a long look at bringing back a line of your candles and marketing them as Classics or all time favorites. You are overlooking potential sales on retired scents and this could probably realized by the hysteria and bidding that goes on in a secondary market like E Bay. MY suggestion would be to rework about 20 scents that would be permanently available and work in five to six on a quarterly basis. I would bring back Ylang Ylang and Mimosa ,Patchouli and Clove. Teakwood and Citrus ,Nutmeg and Cedar,Tiger Lily, Amber and Balsam, Tropical Vanilla, Bergamot and Mandarin, Neroli and Rose,PEony, Basil and Nectarine, Sequoia and Musk ,Lemon Zest, Freesia and Musk, Frakincense and Myrrh , Autumn Lodge, Clovebud and Citrus Vanilla Sandalwood, Bamboo Musk, Rice Milk , Ginger Lime Cinnamon And Sandalwood, CAfe de Leche, Leather, and finally Tulips .This is just a start but I monitor and collect these scents and I know if you made them available all the time you could probably omit all the slower scents you keep bringing out .I am probably leaving out about 20 others but its just a thought and the economy stinks and I can tell you if I have to choose between something marginal or nothing I take the latter in these times. I would love to present something to Yankee because in a lot of ways I think you have stagnated and need an infusion of something exciting and nostalgic Sincerely Gary Rankin

I also think that Yankee Candle should make Mountain Lodge one of their oil scents as well. Please bring back the Mountain Lodge car scents as well. I know it is supposed to be a fall scent but it is one of those scents that you can use year round. Please don't limit that scent to just one time of year.
