There was no fence ever until XTO purchased this site. Farnsworth built a huge dirt burm around it and called it a fence for about a year and a half. He even leaned a piece of chain link fence against the burm and called it a gate. 25% of his burm was on my property anyway, and XTO moved it (per my request) which prevented Farnsworth from getting sued...by me.

Farnsworth had this site built too close to some houses and never disclosed it was going to be there.

It is obviouse that Farnsworth is in it only for the $.

I am sure the city is going to get on that whole park idea. Probably right after they pave the streets....2 and a half years later and still nothing!

I'm surprised to see that the city was so willing to help the developer in this situation. The same courtesy was not given to the Mesa Vista Subdivision developers and the proposition of a gravel pit operation within 100's of yards away from homes and schools. The approval was unprecedented. I also think that it is a conflict of interest for the city to be the mediator in this situation and also be benefitting from the solution (property donation).

Daily Horoscope for January 4

Cancer

You may not be privy to every little thing that's going on around you, but so what? Crabs can't always be in control, but you don't need to feel insecure, either. Thanks to your electronic devices, you appear to be a little godlike to those who don't have the same access as you do at the moment. Just make sure that you memorise the important stuff in case the system goes down.
