Anne turned the company from a $4 stock to a $6 stock. Pretty much horizontal. A far cry from the $60 it was worth before the "financial crash" (Xerox mismanagement). Maybe Ursula will increase it's value by laying off a few hundred employees. That always seems to do the trick.

She asks why only 8 ladies are CEO's of major Corps.? The answer is that mistakes happen and not every company can get it right every time. A mistake was certainly made in this case..... Xerox withered away into a vast wasteland. But those ladies with their day timers sure were flying high. The loss of a great company......it will never make it back.

Xerox will NEVER return to its former glory until
upper management learns that the "Good Ol' ways of doing business" are no longer exceptable business practices. They also need to understand that they have to start caring about the employees. They are absolutely clueless as to how unhappy the employees are. I have not met a single employee who would not leave the company at the first opportunity. That's sad! It's NOT just the CEO that makes a company, but the employees! They are the backbone of the company. All that upper management cares about is getting their yearly bonuses, and they will layoff as many people as needed to achieve it!

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Leo

There's an erratic quality to the day, thanks to the Full Moon in emotional Cancer, combined with a lunar eclipse. Loved ones are likely to behave in ways you hadn't counted on. The only way to cope with this is to be as flexible as possible. Someone might change an arrangement at the eleventh hour so you have to think on your feet, or others may be determined to do their own thing even though it doesn't suit you. Get any arguments out of the way quickly so you can enjoy your New Year's Eve celebrations with a glad heart.
