Their $40 billion in profits your LORD GOD OBAMA said is theirs, and they don't have to pay taxes either. Just like he did for BP, GE, Bank of America, etc etc.

Damm you really are a fcuking moron.

The crap over there seemed to get "absorbed" by rocks ,etc and leach's it back for decades.

God forbid you use it to water plants or feed live stock.

Here in Florida oil from BP still trickling in.

Obviously your missing the point. The oil in the earth doesn't destryo ecosystems, the oil in the earth does give off side effects that destroy people's immune systems and give them cancer
That oil stays beneath the ground. What happens in a spill is about shere duestruction or people, plants and animal life.
Try and pay attention and not just use the same ole nonsensical responses

It leaks more from the ocean, far more, than any oil rig spill in any given year, look it up.

The reference was to existing tar pits in Alaska which ontinue to cause damage. Plus the oil and gas to include methane that leaks is part of nature and rises into the atmosphere or abosorbed by other organisms
Just like the deep water horizon and exxon valdez once its out it just kills.
THere's no real safe way to control the oil. FIsh, birds, people, all die. Even if its bits at a time

TOTAL BS.

I live not far from a reef and your using a typical Rush Limbaugh/FOX style 100% lie.

The ocean will give off a natural "tar ball " once in a while size of bottle cap not the hundreds/thousands of gallons that oil spills cause.

Never have I seen dolphins dead like we did not long after BP oil spill.

You are so full of self hate that you stick up for those who would poison yoiur water and destroy food supply.
I imagine your self defeating Tea party.

Try pulling your head out your ass everyonce In a while to breathe some fresh air
It's not the oil that's a problem. Its the shotty practices by the oil company, coupled with the giant tax breaks they've been getting for decades that hurts the economy and people
Shotty unsafe practices lead to oil disasters

They stop it from happening in the future by holding companies responsible for their spills and pollution. If there was nobody to hold these companies responsible there would be no reason for them to clean up their mess and no reason to make sure it doesn't happen again.

The police and the justice system can't keep someone from sticking a gun to your head and shooting you. But knowing that they may get caught and jailed for life for doing so will keep a lot of people from doing it. It's why there aren't more road rage incidents. Most crimes are fought after the fact, are you suggesting we get rid of the police and our court system and the billions we spend on them?

In February the GOP congress voted to defund the EPA. It was called the Poe-Barton-Carter Amendment.

Get a clue dumbass, and if possible a brain.
Yeah, look what they did. They caught those that spilled the oil. Fined them heavily, and got them to pay up 20 billion dollars for expenses in the clean up and lost wages for those affected. BP won't be so incompetent next time.

Yes, they did, with a theory at the supreme court allowing the EPA to get in our face.
